Hi my name is Marjery. I was born in New York City but raised in Puerto Rico. 20 years ago I moved to New York City where I became a mother of 3 amazing and handsome boys named Christian 16, Brian 14 and Alex 7. I also have an amazing Step-Daughter named Idalexa 21. Later on I moved to New Jersey and I began working as a Teacher Assistant with Pre School Children. I love working with this age group cause they are so innocent and cute and have incredible minds. They make me laugh and cry and its such a pleasure being around them all the time. One day while helping a friend with her vacation and giving her all the tips and ideas for her vacation she told me you would be a great travel agent. After working with her and having felt so happy helping her with her vacation I decided I wanted to help out others too who had no idea what to do or where to go for a family vacation. Three years ago I began working as a Travel Agent and I’m so happy I’m able to work in two fields that are amazing and which I love. I love being able to help families with their vacation planning, meeting new people and telling them about my personal family experiences gives me great satisfaction.
I have many places I love to travel to Disney World being my number one place to travel to because of the fireworks and the food and the rides which are family friendly and the quality time I’m able to spend with my children. Also I love to travel to Puerto Rico because my family is there and it’s important to make time for family and friends from my school years. I also love the beautiful beaches, food and scenery there. A place I visited recently was Santo Domingo and I have to say I really loved it there. Their food and beaches gave me a feeling of being home where I grew up and came from. My kids enjoyed the daily activities, kids clubs and food as well this is a place I can see myself returning to very soon. And last but not least I love cruising. I haven’t done many yet but I have experienced the Disney Magic and I have to say it was amazing. I cannot wait to be able to explore other cruise lines and see what they have to offer for me and my family.
Traveling is what I look forward to every year because its the chance I get to enjoy my family completely with no interruptions. I can sit down and eat with them and take pictures and watch a movie and know I don’t have to run to the grocery or start cooking or cleaning its just spending that quality time with them that is very hard to find in our daily lives. So this time is so important to me that it doesn’t matter where we go as long as we are together and away from our home even if it’s for a few days.
And because I know how busy life is when you juggle work, a home and a family I feel that it’s important to try and make some memories with your loved ones and your children before they grow up and leave the nest. So lets make memories together cause that is what we will always treasure in our hearts.
